本ページは、当ウェブサイトを通じたお支払い（能法劇団45周年記念クラウドファンディングへのご支援と、そのリターン品）に関する返品・キャンセル・返金の方針を定めるものです。公演チケットは当サイトでは販売しておらず、外部事業者（CoRich・チケットぴあ・THEATRE E9）を通じて販売されます。チケットの取消・払戻は各事業者の規定に従います。
This page sets out our policy on returns, cancellations and refunds for purchases made through this website — contributions to NOHO Theatre Group’s 45th-anniversary crowdfunding and their rewards. Performance tickets are not sold here; they are sold via external providers (CoRich, Ticket Pia, THEATRE E9) and their refund rules apply.

1. 対象範囲
本方針は、当サイトを通じたクラウドファンディングへのご支援およびリターン品に適用されます。公演チケットには適用されません。
2. デジタル特典
配信視聴・アーカイブ視聴などのデジタル特典は、視聴用リンクまたはアクセス情報を発行した時点で提供完了とみなし、原則として返金いたしかねます。
3. 物品特典（バッジ・プログラム・写真集など）
商品に破損・不良・誤配送があった場合は、到着後8日以内に写真を添えて noho45th@gmail.com までご連絡ください。交換または返金にて対応いたします。不良品の返送送料は当団体が負担します。お客様のご都合による開封済み・使用済み商品の返品はお受けできません。
4. ご支援のキャンセル
リターン品の制作・発送が始まる前であれば、キャンセルのご相談を承ります。制作・履行が開始した後のキャンセルはお受けできない場合があります。まずはメールにてご連絡ください。
5. 公演が中止となった場合
公演自体が中止となった場合は、対応方法をご案内しますので、当団体までご連絡ください。
6. 送料について
当団体の手違いまたは不良品の場合を除き、お支払い済みの送料（海外発送を含む）は返金対象外となります。
7. 返金方法
返金は、原則としてご購入時と同じお支払い方法（PayPal 等）にて、返金確定後おおむね14日以内に行います。
8. お手続き
ご注文番号、内容、（該当する場合は）不良箇所の写真を添えて noho45th@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
本方針は特定商取引法に基づく表記を補完するものであり、日本法に準拠します。

1. Scope
This policy applies to crowdfunding contributions and their rewards purchased through this site. It does not apply to performance tickets.
2. Digital rewards
Digital rewards such as streaming or archive access are considered delivered once the viewing link or access details have been issued, and are generally non-refundable.
3. Physical rewards (badges, programs, photobook, etc.)
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact noho45th@gmail.com within 8 days of delivery, with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for defective items. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns of opened or used items.
4. Cancelling a contribution
Before a reward has been produced or shipped, contact us and we’ll discuss cancellation. Once production or fulfilment has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Please email us first.
5. If a performance is cancelled
If the production itself is cancelled, please contact us and we’ll advise on the available options.
6. Shipping costs
Except where the fault is ours or the item is defective, shipping fees already paid (including international shipping) are non-refundable.
7. How refunds are made
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal) within about 14 days of the refund being approved.
8. How to request
Email noho45th@gmail.com with your order number, the details, and photos of any defect where relevant.
This policy complements our Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice and is governed by the laws of Japan.
